What is Prayer Powerline, in one sentence?+
A private place to write your prayers and a global place to pray them with others — your living record of conversations with God.
What should I do first after signing up?+
Open your Dashboard. The 'Your first steps' card walks you through writing a prayer, joining a circle, praying today's focus, setting a reminder, and sharing a request.
How do I write my first prayer?+
Go to Journal (or tap 'Write a prayer' on your dashboard). Type one sentence — that's enough. You can mark it private, share with your circle, or post to the wall.
What's a prayer circle and how do I join one?+
A circle is a small group standing in agreement with you. Browse circles from the Community menu, or create your own and invite friends, family, or your small group.
How do streaks work?+
Every day you pray, journal, or engage builds your streak. Miss a day and a Streak Freeze (earned every 14 days, max 3) protects it. Streaks are encouragement, not a guilt trip — start again any time.
How do I set a daily reminder?+
Open Notifications from the menu, pick a time that fits your rhythm, and we'll send a gentle nudge. You can change or pause it any time.
Do I have to share my prayers?+
No. Everything is private by default. You choose, per prayer, whether it's just for you, your circle, or the public wall.
Account & access
How do I reset my password?+
Go to Sign in → 'Forgot password'. We'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive in 5 minutes, check spam, then write us.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?+
Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam or are blocked by corporate filters. Whitelist hello@prayerpowerline.org and request a new link.
How do I join my church on the platform?+
Your pastor will share an invite code. Open the church page and enter the code, or follow the invite link they send you.
Privacy & membership
How do I make my prayer request private?+
When you create a request, choose 'Only me' or 'My circle'. You can edit visibility later from your dashboard.
How do I cancel or change my membership?+
Open Settings → Membership to manage your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Personal requests are private by default. Read our Privacy and Trust & Safety pages for the full picture.
