- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. You'll keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period — no questions, no friction.
- What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Your prayer journal, answered prayers, circles, and history all stay with you. You simply move back to the Every Believer tier, which still includes the full prayer experience.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual, or between tiers?
- Yes. Use the "Manage membership" button above to upgrade, downgrade, switch billing periods, update your card, or view invoices. Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically.
- Do you offer the Partner tier free for clergy and students?
- Yes — full Prayer Partner access free for a year for verified clergy, missionaries, and students with an academic email. Verify in 30 seconds.
- Is this a subscription? When am I charged?
- Yes, billed monthly or annually depending on what you choose. Annual saves roughly two months. You can change or cancel before the next renewal date and won't be billed again.
- What payment methods are supported? Is checkout secure?
- All major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link (via Stripe). Card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles payment processing and tax compliance.
- What if I can't afford a paid tier?
- The Every Believer tier is genuinely free, forever — not a trial. If you're a leader or intercessor and the price is a barrier, get in touch and we'll find a way.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you're unhappy in the first 14 days of a new paid membership, email us and we'll refund you in full. No need to justify it.
