Pray with faith
Scripture shows believers resisting evil, standing against temptation, proclaiming truth and praying for the sick. All of it happens under Christ, through Christ and for Christ's purposes.
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.”
What this is
- • Resisting evil and temptation, in Jesus' name (James 4:7).
- • Proclaiming God's truth over fear and lies (Luke 10:19).
- • Praying boldly for healing and for others (Acts 3:6).
- • Standing firm in prayer for people and places under pressure.
What this is not
- • We never command God. Authority belongs to Christ, not to us.
- • No human holds autonomous supernatural power.
- • We never guarantee physical healing or any other outcome.
- • We never tell anyone they are sick, poor or struggling because their faith is too small.
- • We never advise anyone to stop medication, treatment, therapy or medical care.
A prayer you can pray
Jesus, You are Lord over this situation. I stand in what You have already accomplished — not in anything I can produce. I resist fear and every lie that says You have forgotten us. I ask You to heal, to protect and to make a way. Whatever You choose to do, I will trust You, and I will keep showing up in prayer.
